KKSD Group of Industrie has its own in house Hot Dip Galvanizing system.The process is carried in a fully automated temperature controlled oil Fired Galvanizing bath. The work carried out at each stage is as per the inspection matrix in accordance with the relevant standards. KKSD Group of Industries achieves the quality of Hot-Dip Galvanizing of Products by following a well-established quality plan. The Galvanizing is being carried out as per IS : 4759 & 2629 on structure, also as per the international standards.

After Galvanizing, Zinc coating thickness is measured with Magnetic Gauge and Eddy Current Method by Dial type Mtrs & digital Elco Mtrs to measure the best Galvanizing results. Well-equipped chemical laboratory for quality control and carried out different test on finish products to ensure best quality to our valued customer.
